We would like to start by thanking all of our amazing patients who always contact us in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments.  We truly appreciate your consideration. When you schedule an appointment with DermaCare Brickell, we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality of service. However, in recent months we have noticed an increase in our no shows with scheduled patients. This issue has placed a strain on our resources and taken up an appointment time that could have been filled by other patients.

While we appreciate your business, our schedule is  limited and we must enforce and strictly adhere to our cancellation policy beginning June 1st 2018.

If you do not call to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours in advance of your visit, you will be assessed a “No-Show” fee of $50.00 which will be applied to your bill for services. In addition, a credit card will be requested at the time of your next booking.  All new patients booking services, a credit card will be required to hold your appointment(s). We observe strict privacy policies and will not disclose this information to any other party. Your credit card number will be securely kept in your file.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Please understand that the sole purpose of this policy is to encourage you to call us if you are unable to make a scheduled appointment.
